In Grade 8 and Grade 9, Stanford Lake pupils have the opportunity to experience the great South African outdoors with annual expeditions. These expeditions are physically challenging but enjoyable and form a key component of the overall education offered at Stanford Lake College.
Our fresh-faced Grade 8 students embarked on a three-day hike through the Magoebaskloof mountains this month. Here are a few photos of the expedition:
